《压力锅安全技术规范》由TC410(全国金属餐饮及烹饪器具标准化技术委员会)归口上报及执行,主管部门为工业和信息化部。
我国生产的压力锅已达到国际先进水平,在绝大多数项目的要求上无论是合理性还是实用性都已经走在了欧标、美标、日标三大标准的前面。
目前压力锅产品标准有欧洲标准DIN EN 12778:2002+A1:2005《家用压力锅》、美国标准UL136-2015(No.8) 《压力锅》、日本标准CPSA 0003-2016《家用压力锅及压力煲的SG基准压力锅》。
通过逐项对比发现手可接触部位、组件、限压阀体、密封性工作压力等标准内容及产品要求上均有差异,对安全的理解及侧重点各不相同,因此通过国家标准包括外文版标准的同步制定,能够提高标准的执行和理解,同时也能够更充分的了解压力锅产品的性能水平,因此同步制定外文版压力锅标准尤为重要。
